- Kai remembers what matters: shared team memory Tell Kai a company rule once, and after a quick admin approval, every teammate's chats will know it too.
- Automatic Migration of Legacy Flows to Conditional Flows On October 12–13, we will automatically migrate all remaining Legacy Flows in Contracted Projects to Conditional Flows. No action is needed on your side.
- Apps are now 4x faster. Try It Early Apps now wake up 4x faster. Ask support to switch it on from October 1, and it becomes the standard for everyone on October 15.
- Scheduled Partial Maintenance of all Azure stacks – October 10, 2026 We would like to inform you about the planned maintenance of all Keboola stacks hosted on Azure on Saturday, October 10, 2026 between 05:50 and 06:30 UTC.
- Google Ads Update Automatic handling of renamed API fields, and clearer failures
- Kai is Now Generally Available (Multi-Tenant, Contracted Customers) This post covers what GA means if you're on a multi-tenant, contracted plan.
- Snowflake Password Workspace Stopped Working? Migrate It to Key Pair Snowflake has started converting remaining LEGACY_SERVICE users to SERVICE, which breaks password-authenticated workspaces. Running "Migrate to Key Pair authentication" on the affected workspace repairs it, with its content intact.
- Keboola MCP: Log In Once, Work Across Every Project Connecting an AI assistant to Keboola through the MCP Server now takes a one-time browser login instead of a pasted Storage API token, and a single session can reach every project you have access to on a stack.
- Python 3.10 Deprecation for Streamlit Data Apps Streamlit data apps still running on Python 3.10 need to move to a newer backend version. The default switches to Python 3.11 on 24 September 2026, and the Python 3.10 image will stop receiving fixes.
- Flows: New Condition Operators and Run Selected Tasks Flows now let you allow "continue on failure", apply conditions across all phases at once, and run just a subset of tasks in the flow builder.
- Branched Storage on BigQuery Keboola is bringing branched storage to all BigQuery projects — the same capability Snowflake projects already have. This prepares BigQuery projects for Branches 2.0, an upcoming feature with approval workflows, conflict resolution, and storage schema change tracking.
- Workspaces Now Write Directly to Storage Tables Snowflake and BigQuery workspaces can now write rows straight into Storage - no output-mapping job or staging step required.
- New Python Versions Available for Transformations and Workspaces Four new Python runtimes (3.11, 3.12, 3.13, and 3.14) are now available for Python Transformations and Workspaces. Your existing transformations keep running on their current version. We're not changing any defaults yet.
- Copy and Export Tables and Diagrams from Kai chat Tables and diagrams from Kai are now copyable and exportable. Hover to copy instantly or download as CSV, Markdown, SVG, or PNG.
- Action Required: Snowflake Blocks All Password Authentication — Keboola Rollout Starts 7 September 2026 Snowflake's Phase 3 blocks password authentication for all service users and fully deprecates the LEGACY_SERVICE user type. Older password-based workspaces, component configurations still using a password, and users provisioned through Snowflake DWH Manager will stop working.
